Note that diaper sizes overlap the recommended weight. It’s tempting to go ahead and buy the next size up because your baby has crossed into the lower range of that new size. It’s almost a point of pride to move your baby into the bigger size. Don’t do it. Keep your baby in the smallest size that fits comfortably. Bigger sizes mean fewer diapers per package means more cost per diaper.
